Dropbox Pro Chat Experiment

Context: In February 2017 a team based in Austin was rolling out a Chat Experiment for our pro users. The goal was to increase productivity and CSAT in order to make recommendations on the future of Pro chat implementation.

Due to the low uptake, on day 2 after launching, they asked if I could help review what they had designed to see if we could improve engagement.

 

Role: UX Manager for the Customer Experience Team
